She is the sole proprietor of C-Force Outsourcing and has more than two (2) decades of hands-on experience in Business Operations, Quality Assurance, Systems and Procedures, ISO 9000 Consultancy, Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering either as consultant or direct employee of corporations in various industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, information technology and hospitality.

With her experience and expertise in the field, she leads her company, C-Force Outsourcing, to become one of the top-notched outsourcing companies in the country. As a licensed General Services and Manpower firm, C-Force Outsourcing has provided its clients with high-quality services, with Globe Telecom, Inc. as its biggest and longest client for more than a decade.

On a more personal note, she’s a loving mother who enjoys athletic activities and competes in several sports such as lawn tennis and figure skating events. She also enjoys uphill cycling, scuba diving, outdoor activities, and traveling with her love ones. She is starting her journey in playing Golf and aims to have another gold in her mid-40s in this sport.
